Carlos has had over 18 years' experience in the water industry working for SUEZ. He has managed the implementation of a wide range of water loss and pressure management projects, including performance based contracts on overseas projects and here in Australia. During 2010-2011 was the Manager of Wide Bay Water Corporation's Brisbane Office. In December, 2011 Carlos was one of the key driving forces behind the creation of the Water Loss and Pressure Management Pty Ltd.
